Terms of Use

These terms apply to the SlideRelay website and form an agreement between you and Yan Dobromyslov, its individual operator.

Who provides the service

SlideRelay is the name of the service, not a separate company. Yan Dobromyslov provides it as an individual. References to “SlideRelay” in these terms mean the service and its operator as the context requires.

Using SlideRelay

You may use SlideRelay to convert presentation files that you have the right to use. Do not use the service to violate intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, account restrictions, or applicable law.

Your files and accounts

You remain responsible for your presentation content and your Google account. SlideRelay does not claim ownership of your files. You decide which .pptx file to upload and whether to keep or delete the resulting Google Slides presentation.

Conversion limitations

PowerPoint files and Google Slides do not use identical formats or layout engines. SlideRelay does not guarantee pixel-perfect output. Fonts, line breaks, effects, crops, charts, tables, animations, audio, video, and other features may change or may already be flattened or omitted in the source .pptx. Review a converted deck before presenting, publishing, or relying on it.

Service availability

SlideRelay may change, pause, or discontinue features. Google Drive, Google Slides, your browser, and any application used to create the source file are third-party services outside SlideRelay's control, and their availability or rules can affect the workflow.

No affiliation

SlideRelay is independent software. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Canva or Google. Canva and Google Slides are trademarks of their respective owners.

Disclaimer

SlideRelay is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No warranty is made that every file will convert successfully or that all formatting will be preserved.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SlideRelay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
