Convert Canva to Google Slides
Export the Canva presentation as PowerPoint, then convert the .pptx with SlideRelay or import it through Google Drive.
Export a PowerPoint file from Canva
Use Canva's Microsoft PowerPoint export when the deck must remain editable.
Open Download
In Canva, choose Share → Download.
Choose PowerPoint
Select Microsoft PowerPoint, choose the pages, and download the .pptx file.
Convert the PPTX
Use SlideRelay, or upload the file to Drive and open it with Google Slides.
Open and review
If you imported it manually, choose File → Save as Google Slides. Then review the result.

Convert it to Google SlidesCanva can also save the PowerPoint export directly to Google Drive. Open that PPTX with Google Slides, then save the native Google Slides copy.
Editability or visual fidelity?
Use PPTX when the deck must remain editable. Use one image per slide when appearance matters more than editing.
PPTX for editability
Text and shapes can remain editable, but fonts, fitting, crops, and effects may change.
Images for appearance
The slide can look the same, but its text, charts, tables, and shapes will no longer be editable objects.
What will not carry over
Canva's Brand Kit and template controls do not become Google Slides features. Charts and tables may arrive as images. Fonts, effects, animation, audio, and video can change.
