Use the steps below for the error you see.
Email support
Include your browser and version, the exact error message, and whether the PPTX opens normally in PowerPoint or Google Slides. Do not attach a private deck unless requested.
The converter will not connect to Google
- Confirm your browser allows the Google account window to open.
- Try the conversion again and approve the requested
drive.filepermission. - If you previously denied access, use Google's linked-app controls to remove SlideRelay and reconnect.
The PPTX is rejected
Choose a .pptx file no larger than 100 MB. SlideRelay rejects other extensions, oversized files, and files without the standard ZIP signature used by PPTX.
The presentation converted, but formatting moved
Check whether the affected item is editable in the source PPTX. In Google Slides, replace missing fonts and check text wrapping and image crops. If exact appearance matters more than editability, export each slide as an image.
The result did not appear in Drive
Search Drive for the source filename. Keep the converter page open while it retries an interrupted upload. Reloading loses the upload session, so check Drive before starting again.
